Email YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your question. Please include your app version and iOS version. Do not include diary entries, medical details, passwords or payment-card information in your email.
Your entries and settings are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not upload diary entries to an app server.
Open Insights or your diary tools, choose the available report option, then use the iOS share sheet to save or send the PDF. You choose the destination and what to share.
You can edit or delete individual entries. To remove all entries, diary sessions and optional health context saved by the app, open Settings and choose Delete all health data. This does not remove PDFs you already shared or data held in device backups.
The free app and 40-day complimentary Pro access include ads. A paid Pro purchase removes ads and stops new ad requests. Advertising privacy choices can be reviewed in Settings when available.
Open the Pro plan screen and choose Restore Purchases. Restore works with a prior paid purchase made using the same Apple Account. If it does not complete, check your internet connection and try again.
Apple manages subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can review, change or cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
No. Bladder Diary 40+ organizes information you enter. It does not diagnose or treat a condition. For medical questions or urgent health concerns, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or local emergency service.
Read the Privacy Policy for details about local diary storage, advertising, consent, deletion and sharing.
